Title: Technical Document Analyst
Location: Onsite in Chantilly, VA
Citizenship/Clearance Requirement: US Citizen with an active TS/SCI w/ CI Poly Required. This position supports a government contract.
Technical Document Analyst, Systems Engineering. We are seeking a Senior level individual for this critical program role. You will contribute to the operationalization of a prototype system for a scalable NextGen space resiliency / flight safety program. This is a major system and is supported by an inter-disciplinary set of teams providing full lifecycle software development, cloud, data and systems engineering. You will join an effort that is building a complete system (architecture, platform, tool/capabilities, microservices with integration, verification and validation).
This enterprise level systems engineering role requires significant Requirements analysis and traceability, and the ability to produce high quality systems documentation across product definition, design, requirements, verification, configuration control. System Engineering elements can include Hardware design, software design, producibility, reliability, maintainability and human factors, configuration management, modeling & simulation. Data may span across models, drawings, specifications, standards, QA, and Software Documentation, and Packaging details. Produce technical CDRL (Contracts Data Requirements List) documentation.
Produce detailed documentation that may span several hundred pages for each deliverable. This role will serve as a critical control point and will be required to interface and collaborate with multiple stakeholders across subject domains, technical teams and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Technical Documentation and Analysis; ability to produce very high-quality technical writing.
Work within an Agile environment
CDRL compliance, full life cycle of documentation management
Synthesize critical information across multiple domains, applications and technologies.
Interface and Communications with broad range of customer, project and technical stakeholders.
Requirements:
Requirements Analysis, Traceability, and Documentation
Systems Engineering expertise and Software Development Life Cycles (SDLC)
Technical Expertise and proficiency in various advanced technologies, cloud computing and software architecture
TS/SCI clearance with a CI Polygraph
Ability to work on site in Chantilly, VA, Herndon, VA, or in Englewood, CO
Bonus Skills / Experience Preferred Consideration for Candidates who have:
Bachelors or Graduate level in relevant STEM discipline.
Enterprise Architecture experience
Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) experience with leading tools such as Cameo
AWS Cloud Computing Skills
DevOps and DevSecOps
Software development experience in JAVA, Python, Scripting
Orchestration Software/Tools (Kubernetes, Docker or OpenShift)
Familiarity with NIFI, Apache, Kafka
Experience with Big Data technologies (Spark, MongoDB, Hadoop)
Data Pipelines, Processing and Storage.
