Goal-Oriented, empathy, finding solutions to problems, energized by learning new technologies, techniques, methodologies, people, and the strengthening of my leadership skills, and taking psychological ownership and accountability for anything that I commit to, whether large or small; and the drive to see it to completion
If you could have dinner with anyone (living or deceased) who would it be and why?
Denzel Washington, because he is able to take C+ movies and make them must see. I would like to understand his passion and vision to how he was able to do it.
If you could choose one person at ATR to recruit alongside with for an urgent assignment who would it be and why?
Charles Tenly, I believe in his vision and the focus that he brings to the table. I admire that he started as an entry level recruiter and has become a partner/leader in a fast growing company.
Why would someone want to work at ATR?
Because the company is growing and there is no cap on how much someone can earn at ATR!
